This notice explains how this site handles information you choose to provide. It is written to describe the current site, not a hypothetical data program.
Information you provide
If you apply for a team engagement, the site collects the contact and work context shown in the application form. If you join Test & Learn, the site sends your email address to Resend and records your subscription request and confirmation. You receive newsletter emails only after confirming your address.
How application information is used
Application information is used to review fit, respond to you, scope a possible engagement, and protect the form from abuse. Application email delivery is handled by Resend. The fixed recipient is configured on the server and cannot be selected through the public form.
Service providers
Resend processes newsletter subscriptions, email preferences, and email delivery for both the newsletter and application responses. Hosting infrastructure may retain normal security and request logs.
Subscription confirmation cookie
After requesting a newsletter confirmation email, this site uses a temporary cookie to recognize the browser that made the request. This lets your email link finish confirmation without an additional button in that browser. The cookie contains no email address, is not used for advertising, and expires after 48 hours or is cleared on confirmation. You can still confirm with the button if the cookie is unavailable.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and security. Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users.
Your choices
Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter and welcome-series emails. To ask about application information, use the application form and state that the request concerns privacy.
